Once you downloaded the CHANEL eCertificate mobile application, you will have to ask your point of sales manager for the security code. That security code combined with your name and email will allow you to enroll your device so that you can use the CHANEL eCertificate application to activate and validate warranties.

Warranty cards and product serial numbers can be scanned or entered manually.
